Inch of Mercury, is a rock, alt-rock band centrally located in Chino/Ontario, Southern California. A three-piece band, that from its triangular formation is said to produce a mountainous live sound. With the energy and rawness of a garage band, and a well-tuned sense of song craft "IoM," has taken its impressive road show all over Los Angeles, San Bernardino, and Orange Counties.

All in their 20's, the band consists of Deon Mogan – vocals/guitar, Tony Banowetz – bass/keyboards, and Allen Delgado – drums. The group is currently showcasing their second studio demo "The Entropy EP," and live studio demo "Live @ Eastgate," at many rock venues; as well as playing local bars, colleges, and parties. Inch of mercury's history is incomplete without mention of their earlier band, "The Public Eye," (see here www.myspace.com/thepubliceye ) which included guitarist, Tom Domaracki (now with www.poetsandpornstars.com). Under either name the three remaining members have performed at many notorious So. Cal venues including the Galaxy Theater in Santa Ana, the Reggae Lounge in Pasadena, The Gig in West La, Back Alley Bar in Fullerton, and a 1 st place out of 60 finish at the Showcase Theater's Battle of the Bands in Corona, California in 1999. There is much more to say, but you must hear the demo, or see them perform live.

All told, IoM, have amassed over 100 songs, many great memories, and a reputation to bring the party, and to bring the rock…
